Deliver

In Deliver you preview the reference pack, confirm the declaration and create the pack. RefPack builds it on your computer as a ZIP file.

Preview the pack

The preview has four tabs: Annotated manuscript, Annotated sources, Evidence table and Pack index. Check them before you create the pack.

Before you deliver lists anything that stops a final pack, such as findings that are still open, with links back to them in Review.

Draft or final

A final pack needs every finding decided. While findings are still open you can choose Create draft pack. A draft's file name ends in _DRAFT, and its reports say it is not signed off.

Confirm and create

  1. Enter your name. It is recorded with a final pack.
  2. Tick the declaration: "I reviewed these decisions. AI suggestions were aids only, and this pack is not a scientific or regulatory certification."
  3. Choose Create reference pack.

The ZIP file is saved on your computer, with a name such as RefPack_Journal-draft-3_2026-10-10.zip. Your source PDFs are not changed; the pack contains annotated copies.

What's in the pack

  • A cover sheet, when you fill in the pack details: client, product, job number, who prepared it and the reviewer.
  • The annotated manuscript, with each linked statement highlighted.
  • The annotated source PDFs, with each passage highlighted.
  • An evidence table with one row per finding: the statement, the source passage, the reference and page, the AI verdict, your decision, the reason, who decided and when.
  • A pack index that lists the contents and the exceptions: open findings, approvals against the AI suggestion, findings decided without an AI check and references without a PDF.

Rejected findings are not highlighted. Internal notes are left out.

The receipt

Every pack has a receipt. It shows the date, the counts of each decision and the SHA-256 checksum of the ZIP file, so you can show which file you delivered. Previous deliveries lists the packs you created.
